Institutional Infrastructure
The infrastructure of COACT is meant to disappear. Like electricity in a building - present, quiet, non-negotiable.
Everything visitors see rests on seven invisible layers - conversation, capture, clarity, documentation, architecture, execution, and institution - each one quietly holding the product up.
Data, identity, access, memory, and AI are layered so that no venture is asked to reinvent them. The institution invests in infrastructure so that ventures can invest in what only they can build.
